Increase the percentage of conversion rate in the checkout page

Niagahoster
Niagahoster is a web hosting and domain name provider company which has been founded since 2013. Niagahoster provide product services such as: Web Hosting, Domain Nama Registration, Web Development, and Internet Marketing Services. The company has high values in customer which are customer obsession, ownership, and highest standard that bring them customer to over 500.000 registered users over the years. Niagahoster commits to always provide the best technology so that everybody can use the usefulness of the internet to achieve their objectives.
Recently, Niagahoster unable to achieve their target for the total users who buy the hosting services. A research was conducted, and found that few users were confused when they were choosing the available options in the checkout page. They need a really long time before deciding their choices. The root cause of this problem is that the users looked at too many services and don’t understand enough about these services.
Based on the information above and design thinking process; which consist of empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test; these were the actions that I do:
I worked as an UI/UX Designer and here is the flow of this project:

Discover new informations
Capturing information to confirm about doubts on the problem

Create prototype
Creating prototype based on the wireframe created before

Ideate solutions and create wireframe
Building a wireframe to understand the new designs

Do User Testings
Do testing prototype to specific users to capture any difficulties on the designs
