MISSION
Simplifying user’s journey through redesigning website into mobile apps
COMPANY
Techanic
Techanic is an startup company in repair management business. The service served are reparation of handphone, laptop, tablet, and will have an expansion to otomotive and retail industry.
And right now, Techanic want to develop a mobile application to help users to search for best and nearest repair service in their location more easily. More than that, the users can also check the service status, the ongoing and see service time spent, quality control checking, warranty policy, and invoicing.
I used design thinking in this case study. There are 5 steps in design thinking, i.e. empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test.

Empathize
Conduct research to gain real insight from the users and their needs

Ideate
Generate creative ideas to make the flow process when using the apps

Define
Accumulate and analyze the research information and observe what are the users need

Prototype
Build real, scaled down version of the product
